[Ebook reader of Songs for Her]Chansons pour Elle is the title of the tenth collection of poetry in verse by Paul Verlaine, published in 1891 by the publisher Léon Vanier.Composed of twenty-five poems of medium length, the majority of the collection would be inspired by the poets connection with Philomène Boudin, "Esther", according to some[1], or with Eugénie Krantz, "Mouton", according to others [2]. Work with an erotic tone, in the same vein as Parallel (1889), but dedicated to a person in particular, its vulgar themes and language already developed many times previously, or in more marked works, establish the decline of the author and his abandonment of all hope of salvation through religious faith, the Intimate Liturgies, published the following year, illustrating by their artificiality the failure of the poets saving enterprise.(Audio book)
